After signing the rental contract, one of our employees will meet you on site, hand you the key and explain everything to you so that you have an uncomplicated start.

The deposit is one month's rent. The deposit is due when the keys are handed over and will be credited to your account after you move out. The prerequisite for payment of the entire deposit is that the room is handed over in its original condition and that there are no damages.

All our apartments have the same standard. The furniture includes a box spring bed, bed linen, a work table and chair, shelves, a wardrobe and many chic accessories that will make your new home comfortable and homely.

If it is important to you as a woman that you only live with women, you are welcome to send us an inquiry. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.

If you have any complaints, you can contact our service team at any time to share your concerns. Our employees will take care of everything as soon as possible!

Our residents are young (between 20-35 years old), open and warm-hearted people who we interview in advance to get an impression of the person. A friendly and family atmosphere is extremely important to us, which is why we attach particular importance to the fact that the residents fit together.

Apartments that we have just moved into and which are therefore still uninhabited can of course be viewed without any problems. In the apartments that are already occupied by our tenants, we would like to protect the privacy of our residents, which is why we do not offer viewings here. However, you will receive a detailed floor plan as well as pictures of the apartment and the room, so that you can get a perfect overview of your new home!

Of course! Your room is your home! If your roommates are okay with it, feel free to invite friends or family for a visit or stay.

The deposit payment is due at the time of handing over the keys. The rental payment will be made according to the rental agreement.
